This website is operated by Kelley and Company LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced via hyperlink.

By agreeing, you represent you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, violate any local laws, or transmit any destructive code or viruses. A breach of any term will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Changes: All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

Limitations: We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case by case basis.

Site info: We try to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display is exact. Content on this site is for general information only; reliance on it is at your own risk.

Net 30 and Credit Card terms are available with an approved credit application. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. ACH Payments or Wire transfers are accepted by notifying us when such payments are made.

Online payments are made through our secure payment system. You authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Your data (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted. Failure to pay will result in late fees, finance charges, and loss of terms.

Shipping: Shipping times and fees are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. We will ship the cheapest way possible unless you request otherwise. We are not responsible for delivery delays once a package is handed to the carrier.

Damaged goods: Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of you receiving your shipment. If a shortage should occur, please report it within 48 hours of receipt of package. If an item is received damaged, please email an image of the damaged item to info@kelleyandcompany.com. We will review all claims on a case by case basis.

Returns: We will accept items for return up to seven (7) days of receipt. In most cases, we will take returns on new condition items only and the buyer agrees to pay the return shipping. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled exclusively according to our Return and Exchanges Policy.

We do our best to keep inventory live and up to date so you should not have any backorders. We may at times open preorders on certain items.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kelley and Company LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, or distribute any portion of the site or its content without express written permission. You are strictly prohibited from using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelley and Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or products purchased through it. We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations or that site errors will be corrected.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
